Shipping & Handing
Items will be sent via an express delivery system. With EMS system by Thailand Post, you can be confident that your items will be delivered speedily and safely. With Track & Trace system was designed for customers in order to track item delivery. The shopping cart system automatically calculates product’s weight and packaging weight base on EMS price chart.
Shipping Damage
We are not responsible for merchandise damages or lost in transit. Shipping and handing, merchandise is non-refundable.
Return and Exchange Policy
Incorrect Item If we have sent you an incorrect item. Please contact us at sales@petchicclub.com with in 3 days of receiving order. We will give you a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). Please keep in mind without RMN return will not be process. Moreover we will inform you how to return item. After we get returned merchandise, we will not charge you for return the incorrect item and will refund your reasonable costs in returning it. Item must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of the date of your request for an RMN.
Defective Item Please checks all orders upon receiving and report any defective product to sales@petchicclub.com We will give you a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).Product may not be return if have been tried on by any animal. Item must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of the date of your request for an RMN.
Moreover we recommend you to measure your pet size as exactly as possible. Please read the item directions carefully before ordering.
Custom Duties
Animaux Domestiques is located in Thailand. If you order products to delivery outside Thailand, they will be charged for import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes. We advice you to contact your local customs office before you order on our website.
Please note that for product that you order through our website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country which the products are to be delivered. Moreover, products maybe subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Product Color
We realize that product’s picture is very important in our website. However, as the actual colors of picture that you see will depend on your monitor quality. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail of actual product will be accurate. Nevertheless, we try our best.
Warranty and Care
* If a collar (lead/harness) gets muddy, take it off and rinse it briefly under a tap to clean it. You can use a mild shampoo if there is any smelling deposit. Do not rub the fabric too hard.
* If a collar (lead/harness) is wet or has just been cleaned, remove excess water from the collar (lead/harness) with soft cloth or towel and then hang collar (lead/harness) to air dry.
* Be careful if you wash different color collars (leads/harnesses) together, they can be color fade.
